VO2 Performance Center Group Triathlon Training Packages

VO2 Performance Center is pleased to announce a series of 12 and 16 week triathlon training packages led by experienced coaches to help you towards achieving your multisport goals. Whether competing in your very first triathlon, or hoping to finish a Half Ironman distance race we can give you the skills, fitness, and tools for the job. Train with a group aspiring to attain the same goals, meet new people, and learn from the best. Make your next (first) triathlon an enjoyable and fun experience by learning how to train and race smart. Our training packages start April 26th, but all are invited to attend an information open house on April 8th at 6:30pm at the performance center.

Sprint Package - Prepare for popular local races such as Seafair, Kirkland, Danskin, and the trek Women's only events in twelve weeks. Receive expertly coached workouts and clinics on a weekly basic.

Olympic Distance Package - Prepare for one of a number of popular local Olympic distance events and share the experience with others. Enjoy group workouts aimed at ensuring you have the endurance, skills and pacing/nutrition strategies to get you through the day in great shape. In twelve weeks let our experienced coaches guide you through the training and skill development required to complete this 'gold standard' of triathlon racing.

Half Ironman Package - Ideally you will have already completed several other triathlons of the sprint and Olympic distance. This is a 16 week program that gives you the opportunity to rain with others as you work towards your goal of completing a Half Ironman (70.3) distance race. During the 16 week period learn from experienced athletes and coaches how to maximize the time you have to train and obtain the essential skills and fitness required to make a successful debut over the Half Ironman distance.
