Ceepo bikes were conceived by Nobuyuki (Joe) Tanaka, as he raced Ironman-distance triathlons and the Ironman world championships in Kona, Hawaii many times. In a short period of time, Ceepo bikes have gone from concept to now being the official bike of Ironman. Ceepo owns and designs its own proprietary frame molds, and is able to fully manage the complete design, engineering, material selection, and production of their bikes.
Triathletes require bikes designed for non-draft racing, and CEEPO has responded by designing pure triathlon bikes.
